“Ready Player One” trailer

Here is the Comic-Con trailer for “Ready Player One.”

Directed by Steven Spielberg, the film stars Tye Sheridan, Olivia Cooke, Simon Pegg and more.

Here’s the latest trailer for “Justice League” from Comic-Con.

The film stars Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Ben Affleck (Batman), Henry Cavill (Superman), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Ezra Miller (the Flash), and Ray Fisher (Cyborg).

The San Diego Comic-Con has become a destination for comic and film lovers.

Huge films from “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” to “Justice League” will be showing off footage, costumes and more.

But the most interesting conflict has little to do with those films.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that the San Diego Comic-Con could be headed to trial against the organizers of the Salt Lake Comic-Con over whether Comic-Con should be trademark protected.

You can check out the story here.

This could have huge ramifications as major cities from New York to Las Vegas to Portland have started hosting these conventions.

A new trailer for “Kingsman: The Golden Circle” has landed.

And it looks every bit as fun as the first film.

The sequel stars Taron Egerton, Mark Strong, Colin Firth, Halle Berry, Elton John and Channing Tatum.

“War for the Planet of the Apes” played much more like “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” than “Rise of the Planet of the Apes.”

The third film in the rebooted series brought in an estimated $56.5 million. That’s good enough for first place, but well below “Dawn,” which opened with $72.5 million.

“Spider-Man: Homecoming” took second with $45.2 million.

Among Disney’s animated hits, “The Lion King” stands tallest for a lot of fans.

Given Disney’s success in live-action remakes it was little surprise when the company announced it was doing a live-action version of the animated classic.

Previously, Donald Glover was announced as Simba, James Earl Jones returning as Mufasa and John Oliver as Zazu.

Now, a big star has joined. Disney announced that Hugh Jackman (“Logan”) will voice Scar.

“The Lion King’ is set to be released in 2019.

Here’s the first trailer for the upcoming Disney film, “A Wrinkle In Time.”

The film stars Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Michael Peňa, Levi Miller, Deric McCabe, André Holland, Rowan Blanchard with Zach Galifianakis and Chris Pine and introduces Storm Reid.

This blog is back and in a big way. Look for a podcast and coverage from the Las Vegas Comic Con a few weeks ago, including an interview with Veronica Taylor, voice of Ash from Pokémon, and from the Rose City Comic Con in September. Also, look for movie reviews and thoughts on movie and video game news.
