Frank Langella (“Frost/Nixon”) has joined the cast of Draft Day as a fictional owner of the Cleveland Browns. The film also stars Kevin Costner, Jennifer Garner, Timothy Simons and Denis Leary. Football comedies are a tough sell (George Clooney’s “Leatherheads”) comes to mind, but this one from Ivan Reitman has a great cast. The story will follow the Browns as they try and decide what to do with the No. one pick in the NFL Draft.

Former Ohio State head coach Jim Tressel, who was forced to resign, visited the Cleveland Browns’ campus, where he talked with Mike Holmgren, head coach Pat Shurmur and quarterback Colt McCoy. Tressel was one of many celebrities at the game including former Green Bay Packers general manager Ron Wolf and members from the Cleveland Cavaliers organization.
McCoy also talked about his trip to work with Brett Favre about the West Coast Offense, where he said Favre was a great resource to have.
