Get ready for Ryan Reynolds to be forced onto movie screens once again. For a while there Hollywood was trying to tell us Reynolds was a movie star with films like “Green Lantern” and “The Proposal” even the recent “The Change Up”. But one thing those films lacked was quality. Now he’s back at it again. He’s already starring in “The Voices” with Anna Kendrick and Gemma Arterton and “R.I.P.D.” with Jeff Bridges. Now he takes the indie sci-fi film “Selfless”. Here’s the synopsis from Firstshowing.net: (The story) follows a rich old man who recently discovers that he’s dying. So in order to cheat death, he plays to have his mind transplanted into a younger man’s body, a cadaver whose “previous inhabitant” was murdered. Then the man finds himself being hunted by killers as he tries to figure out who killed him in the first place.

Sounds somewhat interesting. But director Tarsem Singh is responsible for the OK “Immortals”and the terrible “Mirror, Mirror” so I’m not sure I’m excited for this one.
