Albert Brooks, who was most recently seen in Judd Apatow’s “This is 40” and, a little longer ago, “Drive” with Ryan Gosling, is set to return to a famous character in a big sequel. That would be as Marlin in “Finding Nemo 2”. Scheduled for a 2016 release, Andrew Stanton returns to co-write and direct the film. Reports are also that Ellen DeGeneres is set to return as Dory.

What I will say is this. I’m still not sold on a “Finding Nemo 2”. The “Toy Story” sequels were an anomaly. I’m excited, but still worried about “Monsters University”. And lest we forget “Cars 2”. Especially after “John Carter”, I get the feeling Disney/Pixar told Stanton that you owe us one.
